Joshua Poole

Joshua’s fitness journey began in Summer 2012 when he decided that he no longer wanted to weigh over 200 pounds, and realized only he could make that change! He never would have guessed that eight years later he would have a certification as a NASM certified personal trainer and be coaching others along their fitness path. Joshua views the SweatBox studio as a stage where you are the lead character, and he is the supporting actor helping you reach your full potential. That is why you can expect a high energy, positive, and challenging environment when you decide to sweat with Joshua. He tries to understand the path you are onm and the steps you have left to take to accomplish your fitness goals.

Favorite Way To Sweat:

While I enjoy all types of fitness, my absolute favorite is High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). These types of classes were paramount to my fitness transformation, so I have a special place in my heart reserved for them.
