Policies and Procedures

  • Classes are reserved and paid for in advance through our online booking system. All reservations must be confirmed.
  • We request that any cancellation be made at least 12 hours in advance to ensure the session returns to your account for use at a later date. If you do not cancel in this timeframe, you will incur a late cancellation fee.
  • Bosses are subject to change, and sessions are subject to cancellation without notice. When possible, staff will communicate via email, text message, or phone to notify clients.
  • In the event a session is full, try the waitlist! When a spot becomes available, an email confirmation will be sent. Cancelling your reservation if you can no longer make the session is your responsibility to avoid cancellation penalties.
  • Children and pets are not permitted in the studio.
  • Our facilities operate in accordance with all local COVID-19 ordinances. Clients must as well.
  • Subject to certain restrictions, all sales are final. Sessions are not eligible for transfer or exchange.
  • A valid debit or credit card must be on file for all active accounts.

Consumer Rights to Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your purchase of a session or a session package at any time before midnight of the third business day after the date of your purchase. To do so, e-mail notice of cancellation to the appropriate studio ([email protected] or ballston@sweatboxdc.com). Alternatively, you may mail a notice of cancellation to Urban Adventures Companies, 1612 U ST NW, Suite 101, Washington, DC 20009, Attention: SweatBox. For recurring package purchases, the cancellation notice must be received at least 72 hours prior to your next billing date for the cancellation to become effective prior to that charge processing.
