This training method strategically allows one muscle group to recover while the other gets its turn in the spotlight.
Tom joined VIDA in 2014, and shortly thereafter, took his first ever cycle class. He's been teaching at U St. and Logan Circle since 2015, and was part of the inaugural group of instructors to teach Coach by Color. Tom focuses on creating an engaging environment where participants of all fitness levels are welcome, and his playlists incorporate a dynamic mix of pop and EDM remixes, all choreographed to the beat of the music. (You may have even seen him in a wig for this themed classes...)
For 2023, Tom expanded into teaching SweatBox at Ballston and loves bringing even more of his positive energy and hype into the studio.
Tom is a certified Schwinn Cycle Instructor and AFAA Group Fitness Instructor.
