Gwen’s specialty as a Studio Program Manager here at VIDA is Sweatbox and you won’t find a bigger fan of this program out there! As a member once so perfectly summed her up: “The only workout program and instructor that kills me and makes me feel alive at the same time”. Other than her two human children and fur baby, nothing brings Gwen more joy than training baby bosses and introducing everyone she meets to the BEST HIIT class of their life!
A DMV resident most of her life (proud UMD alum here, let’s go TERPS!) and a lifetime athlete, Gwen’s passion for group fitness began over a decade ago and has only grown exponentially since. Her classes focus on form and maximizing your individual potential every minute you’re in the studio. She promises that you’ll have a blast crushing it under the club lights to her killer 90s/00s/pop playlists. Be prepared to be motivated to push those limits by the Burpee Queen of Ballston who is guaranteed to leave you wanting to come back for more!
