What To Bring

Bring sneakers, a water bottle, and the readiness to sweat! SweatBox provides dedicated stations with every tool you will need for the workout so you can focus on exercising instead of changing stations.

When You Arrive

Allow 15 minutes to tour the studio, discuss injuries, configure your bike settings, and gather any equipment for the day’s workout. Arrive early. New clients must be on time to join class.

Amenities

All clients can use lockers with built-in locks, sweat towels, and water refill stations. VIDA Unlimited members get access to all six VIDA Fitness clubs, Penthouse Pool and Lounge, and spa and salon discounts.
