Gwen’s (@sweatbossgwen) specialty as a Studio Program Manager here at VIDA is Sweatbox and you won’t find a bigger fan of this program out there! As a member once so perfectly summed her up: “The only workout program and instructor that kills me and makes me feel alive at the same time”. A DMV resident the last few decades (proud UMD alum, let’s go TERPS!) and lifetime athlete, Gwen’s passion for group fitness began over a decade ago and has only grown exponentially since. Her classes focus on form and maximizing your individual potential every minute you’re in the studio. She promises that you’ll have an absolute BLAST with her killer 90s/2000s/pop playlists while crushing your workout. Be prepared to feel motivated to push those limits by the Burpee Queen of Ballston who is guaranteed to leave you wanting to come back for more!
