A former Division I swimmer and life-long HIIT addict turned instructor, Josh brings years of lived experience and knowledge to his programs. You'll leave his sessions fulfilled, proud, and drenched in sweat. No matter what studio, experience level, or program, Josh's fitness philosophy is simple: exercise is for everyone. Stop in for drop sprints, bass drops, and pop diva-inspired hits and commentary, and come back for a curated, inclusive environment where everyone's growth and trajectory is celebrated. Outside of Sweatbox, Josh always finds time for some work/play balance and can be found running U.S. Senator Maggie Hassan's digital program, snapping pictures for his photography side hustle, playing kickball at Stead Park, or brunching on 17th Street.
