Caitlin is a lifelong athlete who has taught fitness classes for over a decade. A lawyer by day, Caitlin takes a practical approach to fitness and knows that the time you take out of your day for a workout has to count. She wholeheartedly believes that exercise is a reward for your body, and her positive teaching style reflects this philosophy. In class, she will motivate you to push past your mental limitations to create a stronger, healthier body and mind.
