David McMichael

David believes that fitness is for everyone and every body. In his class you can thrive, whatever your goals, as long as you show up and work smart. He’ll be there every moment to help you understand proper form and how to achieve it, and to motivate you beyond the limits you thought you had. David brings years of physical experience to his classes; after a career as a professional dancer, he became a group fitness instructor and is a NASM-certified personal trainer. Creative cueing, high-intensity music and high-energy instruction are signature elements of a class with David, and he’ll work just as hard as you do to make sure you leave no strength untapped. You’ll leave class exhausted but already stronger and excited for your next one!
