Caitlin Downs energy enthusiasm, all with a killer playlist. Her fitness journey has gone through many phases, from triathlon training to boxing to Pilates, and she loves incorporating her favorite techniques from these different modalities into her programming. Caitlin’s favorite thing about Sweatbox is that it incorporates high intensity interval training while still being low impact. She strongly believes in teaching proper exercise form during her class to prevent injury and maximize the effectiveness of the moves. In Caitlin’s class, she will encourage you to listen to your body and embrace the fun and joy in working out!
