SweatBox is heart rate training at its finest. You’ll sweat from start to finish while we condition you into the best shape of your life. We incorporate cardio bursts that push you to your limit followed by active recovery for a safe, effective, calorie-burning endorphin ride. Our program targets a specific percentage of your maximum heart rate (generally ranging from 60-90%). It is this foundation that allows your body to build muscle while burning calories and elevating your endurance to unprecedented heights.

Every workout starts with a dynamic warm-up and stretch designed to keep your body fluid as we take on the challenges ahead. We also wind down every class with a soothing cool down to return your body to the rigors of everyday life.
