Bring sneakers, a water bottle, and the readiness to sweat! SweatBox provides dedicated stations with every tool you will need for the workout so you can focus on exercising instead of changing stations.
Allow 15 minutes to tour the studio, discuss injuries, configure your bike settings, and gather any equipment for the day’s workout. Arrive early. New clients must be on time to join class.
Every class alternates between strength work on the floor and short, high-intensity intervals on the bike. You will move between the two throughout class, building strength while pushing your conditioning.
Each day has a focus so you always know what you’re training.
Monday and Thursday: Push and pull (chest, shoulders, back)
Tuesday and Friday: Triple A (Arms, abs, ass)
Wednesday and Saturday: Full Throttle (Full body)
Sunday: Conditioning with longer intervals
SweatBox follows a repeating 4-week progression designed to help your body build, push, perform, and recover.
Weeks 1 and 2 focus on building volume and confidence with moderate to heavier loads
Week 3 shifts to lower reps and heavier strength work
Week 4 is a reset week with lighter loads, higher reps, and more bodyweight training
This structure allows you to train hard, recover properly, and continue making progress.

Full Throttle is the perfect solution when you’re short on time, but still crave a legendary workout. We’ll hit you with the XT Trainer, dumbbells, and intense cardio intervals for the ultimate time saver that will leave you maxed out from head to toe.

Join us for Triple A (Arms, Abs & Ass) to give your glutes, core, triceps & biceps the attention they deserve! We’ll sculpt your body from every angle with plenty of powerful cardio intervals thrown in for good measure.

Sweat your way through a rotating gauntlet of pulling movements that build your biceps, back, and forearms combined with pushing exercises that pump your chest, triceps, and shoulders. This training method strategically allows one muscle group to recover while the other gets its turn in the spotlight.

Get ready to sweat – a lot. Not only will you train your body to perform, but you’ll condition your mind to do hard things. Our program targets a specific percentage of your maximum heart rate (generally ranging from 60-90%). This foundation allows your body to build muscle mass while elevating your endurance to unprecedented heights.
