SweatBox is a strength building cardio workout unlike any other fitness experience in DC. We will have you on and off the bike, building strength and improving endurance.
During your introductory trial, we will lend you a heart rate monitor. All you need is to come dressed ready to work out, and bring a water bottle – you will need it!
Yes! Our bikes are customizable to each rider’s fitness level and we offer a variety of weights to choose from at each station. SweatBox will give you the challenge you’re looking for.
