Kevin’s take on fitness is that it is so much more than just a workout. Fitness is an experience that requires you to stay present and connect to your body in ways you didn’t know were possible. With his bright energy, Kevin embraces everyone he meets and encourages them to have a positive outlook on their fitness goals. He is a full- time personal trainer who teaches multiple group fitness formats, including cycle, a variety of weightlifting classes, sports specific training, calisthenics, and yoga. You can expect Kevin to help you with proper form, controlled breathing, and how to pace yourself, while still providing the appropriate intensity. Every class is synced to the beat of the music, clients end up twerking during their rest without even realizing it.
