Jen Jaxon

Passion and Intensity!  Two words you’ll find in every class she teaches.  Jen believes in a diverse & fun range of training techniques, designed to push you past your physical and mental limits.  Her goal is to help ignite your internal fire, pushing you to achieve goals you never thought possible.  If you want to work harder than you ever have and still have fun, Jen is the SweatBoss for you.  Be prepared to be motivated and inspired as she guides you to not just reach, but SURPASS your own goals. She helps you find the strength within and the desire to push yourself harder than you ever have before.

Jen is a certified personal trainer with NASM, and is also certified in HKC Kettlebells, Insanity Live, Coach by Color/ICG Matrix Cycles, Barre, TKO & Barbell Blast, but her favorite has ALWAYS been SweatBox.  The first time she stepped into a Box she was hooked and has been a SweatBox junkie ever since.

Jen’s favorite way to sweat:

High Intensity Circuit and Interval Training balanced with a regular Yoga practice.  Jen loves pushing the limits of both body AND mind.
