Chris Parkison

Chris is the Group Programming Manager at VIDA Yards, a full-time fitness instructor, and recovering lawyer.  His approach to fitness is functional and based on his experience as a yoga, Pilates, cycle, and group fitness instructor. Expect to learn proper technique in his class, and learn to turn that learned technique into power.  His playlist is eclectic- you’ll find everything ranging from Hip-hop, childhood throwbacks, deep beats, and today’s hits…all featured in his classes.

Full body, HIIT workouts that alternate between upper and lower body. This keeps the intensity of the workout high, but also allows for recovery.
