Britt Daniels

For Britt, fitness is a holistic approach to health that promotes self-discipline, accountability, and adaptation. He believes that fitness should be accessible to anyone that is willing to better themselves and achieve their goals. His passion for movement, self-improvement and helping others began with his own journey. Britt struggled with obesity for most of his life. After making a serious lifestyle change in 2014 while living in Japan, he fully dedicated his time to developing his mind, body, and spirit. After losing over 40 pounds and restructuring his mindset, he decided to share his love for fitness with others. This journey has given him a diverse background in personal training, group training, yoga, and kickboxing. Britt consides his classes to be a well-rounded experience. Expect attention to intensity, form, and function, all behind the voice of a southern cadence and music with a bass. Call it a “workout concert!

“Effort and execution is the name of the game fam. Period! Time to work”

Britt’s favorite way to sweat?

I’m actually a yogi at heart. It’s where I began my health journey. I enjoy harmonizing my yogic practice with strength building & metabolic conditioning. You can catch me lifting heavy early in the day and hitting yoga (preferably hot) in the evening. Twice a week I do conditioning at Sweatbox to keep my mind (and heart) in the game.
