SweatBox alternates thoughtful, expertly-programmed strength training sets with challenging cardio intervals on the bike to progressively improve your fitness level and awaken your inner badass. We utilize Myzone heart rate monitors to eliminate guesswork and measure personal effort and success.

Our four classes are designed to target slightly different muscle groups so you can maximize the impact of your training while still promoting sufficient recovery.
